PUBLIC HOLDINGS AS AT 15 MARCH 2022 Based on the information available, approximately 55.01% of the issued Units in CEREIT is held by the public as at 15 March 2022 and therefore, pursuant to Rules 1207 and 723 of the Listing Manual of the SGX-ST, it is confirmed that at least 10% of the issued Units in CEREIT is held by the public. Accordingly, Rule 723 of the Listing Manual of the SGX-ST has been complied with. For the purposes of SGX-ST Listing Manual, the non-public Unitholdings include substantial Unitholders who own 5% or more, Directors, CEOs, controlling shareholders of the company and its subsidiaries and associates of the above-mentioned. PERCENTAGE OF ISSUED UNITS HELD BY UNITHOLDERS WITH LESS THAN 10% UNITHOLDINGS AS AT 15 MARCH 2022 Based on the information available, approximately 72.09% of the issued Units in CEREIT is held by Unitholders with less than 10% Unitholdings as at 15 March 2022. The only Unitholder that holds more than 10% of Units (defined as “restricted”) is Cromwell Property Group (27.90%).
